Diamond Tip Exfoliation
The DiamondGlow® dermabrasion system uses a patented diamond tip headpiece to gently exfoliate and remove dead cells and debris to reveal healthy, youthful, radiant skin beneath.

What to expect from a DiamondGlow® treatment?
During your treatment we will begin by discussing your skincare concerns. Your skin will then be cleansed and the DiamondGlow® treatment will be performed using serums formulated specifically for your needs. Treatments are quick and painless – a full face treatment typically takes about 30 minutes. There is no downtime associated with DiamondGlow® and it’s an excellent way to refresh and replenish your skin before a wedding or big event. For optimal and long-lasting results, patients should return for a DiamondGlow® treatment every three to four weeks. However, since DiamondGlow® treatments are very gentle on the skin, you can receive this treatment as often as you’d like. DiamondGlow® is safe for any age or skin type and is even safe and proven effective for patients suffering from acne.
How often can I/should I get a DiamondGlow® Facial?
Two facial treatments can be done each month; However, you should speak with a provider for a personalized plan.
How long do the results last from a DiamondGlow® facial?
The results of your DiamondGlow facial will last a few days after your treatment. With continued treatments, you can expect long lasting results, including smoother, brighter skin.

Can DiamondGlow® be combined with other treatments?
DiamondGlow® may be combined with many other cosmetic treatments in our office such as IPL Photofacial, CoolPeel C02, SkinTight Laser Resurfacing, BOTOX Cosmetic, and Injectable fillers. Many patients choose to undergo combination treatments to achieve the maximum result.
When can I Return to My Skincare Routine?
Please keep the skin clean and avoid makeup on the treated area for the rest of the day following treatment. That evening, you may return to your SkinMedica® skincare routine. Your skin may be fragile for up to one week. Avoid using exfoliants, retinols, alpha or beta hydroxy acids, or topical Vitamin C products for up to one week, unless otherwise advised by your provider.
What do I need to do to prepare for my DiamondGlow®?
Discontinue Retin-A, Glycolics, Alpha or Beta Hydroxy Acids, and exfoliants for one week prior to each treatment.
