An Opportunity to Practice Comprehensive Aesthetics

We are seeking an accomlpished Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team as a Provider and Clinical Educator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical skills with educational expertise, empowering other healthcare professionals and clients alike. You will perform advanced aesthetic treatments, provide comprehensive patient assessments, and serve as a key resource in helping strengthen the clinical capabilities of other Radiance providers.

Primary Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced injectable treatments, including BOTOX, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and EZGel/PRF-based treatments.
  • Perform advanced laser treatments, including BBL, MOXI, and Tetra CO2 procedures.
  • Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations and comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Develop individualized, long-term treatment plans addressing each patient’s aesthetic and wellness goals across the full Radiance menu of services.
  • Educate patients about treatment options, realistic expectations, anticipated outcomes, pre- and post-treatment care, maintenance, and appropriate home skincare.
  • Recommend complementary services and products when clinically appropriate and aligned with the patient’s goals.
  • Provide safe, ethical care and maintain a conservative, natural-looking treatment philosophy.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation, photography, and treatment records.
  • Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and applicable Florida regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong, long-term patient relationships through attentive, honest, and highly personalized care.
  • Collaborate with the medical, clinical, operational, and patient-experience teams to provide coordinated care and an exceptional patient experience.
  • Grow and maintain a productive schedule of 85% or greater consistent productivity.

Clinical Training and Provider Development

  • Train and mentor Radiance providers in injectable and laser treatments
  • Provide hands-on guidance related to facial assessment, treatment selection, injection technique, laser settings, patient safety, and complication prevention and management.
  • Help providers strengthen their comprehensive consultation and treatment-planning skills.
  • Support consistent clinical protocols, treatment documentation, photography, patient education, and pre- and post-care standards.
  • Participate in case reviews and collaborative treatment planning.
  • Model Radiance’s standards for ethical recommendations, conservative treatment, natural-looking outcomes, open communication, and accountability.
  • Help foster a culture of clinical excellence, continuous learning, collaboration, and exceptional patient care.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Florida APRN or PA license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on medical aesthetics experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in BOTOX, Juvederm, Sculptra, and EZGel/PRF-based treatments.
  • Demonstrated experience performing advanced laser treatments, including BBL, MOXI, and fractional or ablative CO2 procedures.
  • Demonstrated proficiency conducting comprehensive assessments and developing integrated, multi-modality treatment plans.
  • Ability to assess and plan across injectables, lasers, skin treatments, medical-grade skincare, and applicable wellness services.
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, patient selection, treatment safety, and complication management.
  • Prior experience training, mentoring, or clinically developing aesthetic providers – or a demonstrated aptitude and strong interest in doing so.
  • Excellent patient communication, team communication, education, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional, dependable, collaborative, and motivated to build a loyal patient following.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing and sustaining a healthy schedule and healthy sales.
  • Availability to work a consistent part-time schedule of approximately three days per week, including Fridays. May grow into Full Time as schedule grows over time if desired.

Especially Valuable Experience

  • Direct experience with Sciton BBL and MOXI modalities and the DEKA Tetra CO2 laser platform.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating balanced, natural-looking injectable outcomes.
  • Formal or informal experience serving as a clinical trainer, mentor, lead provider, or preceptor.

Schedule and Growth Opportunity

  • Part-time to start, approximately three days per week.
  • Must be able to work every Friday.
  • Remaining workdays will be determined based on practice needs and candidate availability.
  • Opportunity to increase clinical hours and earning potential as productivity grows.
  • Targeted start within 4-6 weeks

Compensation

Radiance is committed to attracting an exceptional provider and offers a highly competitive compensation package consisting of guaranteed base pay plus meaningful performance-based earning potential. Compensation will be individually structured to reflect the candidate’s depth of experience, breadth of treatment expertise, clinical leadership capabilities, and ability to train and develop other providers.

Pay: $70.00 – $90.00 per hour
