Our Story

Stephanie built Radiance Medspa on a foundation of trust, accountability, and excellence, with a clear mission of making people feel and look amazing. Her vision for Radiance Medspa was inspired by her belief that aesthetic treatments could and should be provided with the skill and professionalism we expect in a medical practice setting without sacrificing the ambiance of tranquility and indulgence that we seek from a medspa experience.

From the start, Stephanie knew that in order to deliver the revitalizing experience and extraordinary results that every patient desires from a medspa treatment, an important question had to be asked at every stage of development and every step of the treatment process: What is best for the patient? The Radiance Medspa team continues to keep that question front-and-center when it comes to decision-making at every level.

Radiance Medspa’s founder, Stephanie Schlageter, is also a founder of the AchieveHERS women’s group, an organization that provides education, support, and partnership for women in business. In 2017, she was named 2017 Board Chairperson for the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce. The following year, in 2018, Stephanie was named businesswoman of the year by Clearwater Chamber of Commerce and AchieveHERS.

The first Radiance Medspa location opened in 2006. Next came a satellite location inside the Belleair Country Club from 2009-2012, followed by a second satellite location inside the Hyatt Regency Spa from 2012-2016.

In 2016, Radiance Medspa expanded the footprint of its first location, growing from 2800 to 3500 square feet. In 2021, we expanded again, adding more treatment rooms and meeting the need for a larger retail space. Radiance Medspa in Belleair Bluffs is now a 5000 square foot facility.

Our retail space, The Shop at Radiance, is stocked with high quality skincare products and aesthetic supplies that meet our medical providers’ standards for safety, quality, and value. Our shop boasts a comprehensive selection of products that empower our patients to fight back against the effects of environmental toxins, the natural aging process, photodamage, and other factors that lead to visible complexion irregularities and other cosmetic concerns.

Patients who follow our providers’ targeted at-home skincare regimens can significantly extend the longevity of their laser, BBL, RF microneedling, and medical-grade facial treatments. From anti-aging products and exfoliants, to lip treatments, supplements, and sun protection, we’ve made it easy for the Belleair Bluffs community to maintain a radiant look between in-office treatments.

We are elated to make the ultimate medspa experience accessible to patients in the greater Louisville, CO area in our most recent expansion endeavor. Located at 916 Main Street in the historic building that was formerly home to the Bugdust Pool Hall, Radiance Medspa in Louisville offers the same unparalleled treatment experience that built our reputation as a leading aesthetic services provider.
