Patient Experience Manager and management guru Chrissy Rosolowski hails from New England, although her father came all the way from Poland to meet her mother. Chrissy’s career started early when she worked for the family business during high school while earning promotions to assistant manager and then manager at the retail store where she was concurrently employed.

She attended New Hampshire Technical Institute and took a course on spa management from University of California, Irvine, leaving the family business several years later to enter the hospitality field at a resort and country club before relocating to Florida. In the Sunshine State, Chrissy studied spa management and began working for a boutique hotel and spa. At Radiance Medspa, she is able to combine her long-term love of interacting with people and her desire to help people feel good. Having suffered from skin problems in her youth, Chrissy feels compassion for the physical insecurities clients may face. She has personally achieved amazing results from Radiance Fraxel Max treatments, which have removed the acne scars of the past and improved uneven skin tone. Outside the spa, Chrissy likes to sing and play piano or relax by the pool with her many pets. She also volunteers with the Pinellas County Animal Shelter and supports the ASPCA.
